Did you know that over 2,000 people took the challenge? Many just to support friends and loved ones!
A HUGE thanks goes out to those who supported The Challenge with their generous donations. Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, the Drs. Petersen (The Gluten Effect), Living Without Magazine and Shelley Case. Without the support of these amazing people and companies, the Gluten-Free Challenge would not have been able to reach as many people as we did.
Also, beginning June 30th, we'll start sending Tips & Recipes again! Of course, we can't do them every day, but we will send a Tip & Recipe twice a month, so stay tuned.
You are invited to take the Gluten-Free Challenge in May 2011!
It’s the perfect time to join! Go to www.gogfchallenge.com to sign up!
There will be drawings for free product giveaways throughout the month leading up to the Challenge. Don't forget to sign-up early for more chances to win some great prizes! You'll also receive the daily recipes and tips, and you can share your experiences on the How It's Going blog.
Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a certificate of completion!
And, stay connected with us on Facebook.
Don’t wait! Join today!
Once you sign-up, you'll receive our newsletter with recipes, tips and free product giveaway opportunities, and information on how to share your experiences and read about others. The Gluten-Free Challenge is completely FREE, there is no charge to take the pledge, join the challenge or receive your certificate of completion at the end.

Chef to Plate International Awareness Campaign
GIG is pleased with the success of this month-long awareness campaign. Conservatively it reached over 3.9 million people in the US and Canada, more than double from its first year.
A program designed to be national program became an international campaign in its first year and continued to be international in its second year! Chef to Plate: Celebrating Restaurants Serving Up Gluten Free Awareness was strictly an awareness campaign – not tied to any particular restaurant program.
We want to thank all those who joined the campaign in 2010 and hope that all the celiac organizations invited this year will participate next year…This is one way to work together. Save your calendars for May of 2011. Let’s all help spread awareness of gluten intolerance together!
